Booking terms

You tell us your dates, where you land, and how many of you there are. We reply with a written quote for your party: what it costs, what is included, and what is not. Nothing is confirmed until you have that in writing and we have your deposit.

20% of the quoted price confirms your dates. Bank transfer or Wise. We send the details with your quote.

Cash, on the first morning, to your driver. Euros, dollars, pounds or dirhams. We do not take card payments.

21 days or more before your first day, your deposit is returned in full. Less than 21 days, we keep the deposit and there is nothing further to pay. We will never invoice you for the full amount after you have cancelled.

Everything you have paid is returned in full, and we will help you find another driver.

Snow can close the Tizi n'Tichka pass. Rain can close mountain roads in the north. If that happens we reroute, or move your dates, or return your deposit. You do not lose money because of the weather.

Each route page lists what is included and what is not. If anything is unclear, ask before you pay.
